  4. Fever with cold. Any serious condition.

Hi my son is having fever cold since last 4 days and he was under treatment with oral medication for 3 days .. i did blood test and x ray which says wbc count is 10700 and Bronchovascular markings are found in the upper part ... is it any serious condition ... please suggest what to do further
