Fever with chills ,his father has covid
My son have Fever with 103 now  , I had  covid antigen Positive since 4 days and we are living in same home and me and my wife are taking home quarentine course at home What can I do for fever control? Present I am giving p250 syrup when fever rises Please suggest me...

Likely ur son aswell cud test positive for covid now...monitor temperature 4-6hrly for the next 2 or 3 days...in these 2-3 days give the routine antipyretic u r using at home...if fever is lasting more thn 3 days and if child has severe cough and poor feeding...then consult a pediatrician in clinic...give plenty of fluids throughout his fever days

In viral infections high fever is seen. However 103 is slightly risky. Incase of such high temperatures give syrup meftal and do tepid sponging For further management consult a pediatrician

103 is really high, nedd to do some blood report Do Tepid sponging, Give p250 every 6 hr if fever I advised admission in hospital
