Fever with body pain

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Hello, My 14month old son having only fever and body pain from yesterday (15.04.2020 afternoon) and we gave Combiflam syrup once .From Yesterday night the fever was only 100.2 and we gave Crocine 240.Today we visited with doctor and doctor told to give Crocin 240 4ml and Antibiotic Timebond syrup.Now fever came with 100.2 and We gave Crocin 240 .After giving Crocin the fever not reduced.It seems Crocin 240 is not working with my son. Could you please suggest?

Continue giving Syp.Crocin 240mg 3ml every 6 th hrly.. Fever will be there for at least 3 more days, do tepid sponging if fever is not subsiding with Crocin..
