Sir, My nephew, Naveen aged 15 years, is having following symptoms for last 1 month: - continuous fever - vomiting - sudden swelling above eyebrows, earlobes, neck etc His blood test results are: Hb.                    10.4% Neutrophils        72 MCV.                  100.5 fl MCH                     24.7 g MC HC                  24.6 % RDW-SD.              50.2 ESR(wintrobe).     35 Other parameters are within limits. What can be the possible diagnosis?
