My nephew is having fever fro midnight today temperature 100.. 4 time potty ans 2 time vomit.. what should I do?

Looks like viral Gastro enteritis. As you have not provided age and weight of the child it will be difficult to advice proper medication. Mean while you can him paracetamol according to his weight and age and econorm sacchet one per day for 5 days for loose motion. Plenty of fluids and normal diet
