Fever, throat and ear pain

Asked for Male, 5 Years

Hi,My son is 5 years old & weighs 20 kg.He had 102 degree fever from past two days with throat & ear pain.And because of that he is not eating anything. Today in the evening,he was bitten by mosquito & I think that was dengue(black&white spots)mosquito.Do I have to worry as his immune is low right now.he is on Augmentin DDS,EPHEDREX and ibugesic.
