  4. Fever suspect behaviour. Report suspect?

Fever suspect behaviour
My nephew is sick with fever. We have checked blood test. He has 97000 platelet count on 02-06-2018, 120Lacs on 04-06-2018. Yesterday admitted him in clinic for fluids injection and now he is fine and playing. But today report they are showing 57000 platelets. How come? He is active now. Is that report suspect? Please suggest me.
