My 11 months old baby girl is having fever since today morning...no other symptoms...I gave her paracetamol...then the fever was gone...after sometime again fever came...fever is not so light or not so heavy but why so?...What can I do? Can it because of teething process also?...How to know?

Paracetamol is ok..you can repeat the same after 6 to 8 hrs.give her paracetamol at least for 3days.. mostly it will be of viral origin not related to teething..if not relieved go for blood testing.. you can give her calcium and becosule Syp also,.
