  4. Fever reduces after 2 hr. Is it normal?

Fever reduces after 2 hr
My Daughter is having fever since yesterday. Consulted pediatric doctor yesterday. Her fever is around 100 to 101 F. Meftal not working. Even after two hours after dose. Fever don't reduce. Ibufen and paracetamol combination works after 2 hr. Is it normal?
