Fever ranging from 99-100
My son aged 12 has been having fever for the past one month now.
which ranges from 99 in morning to 100 in eve if he plays or after coming back from school.
he does not have any other symptoms.
doc has given azee 500 for 14 days.
only slight improvement has been seen in the upper range of fever.
with rest fever comes down.

Body temperature has a normal variation,lower in morning and higher in afternoon and evening.
Any temperature below 100 is normal.
If there's a disease process for so long,as you say,it would cause loss of appetite,activity and weight by now.
If none of the above has happened,I would suggest to stop all medicines,give a balanced diet and keep under observation.
In case of additional symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or loss of appetite,he needs to be evaluated again thoroughly.
