Swelling in one leg and fever is the symton if taking antibiotics pain and fever reduce but this problem last from l 15 day no recovery

You should go for blood tests like CBC with peripheral smear and Widal test to rule out malaria ,dengue ,typhoid as there is no relief in your symptoms. Thanks
