Fever on 13th week of pregnancy
My wife had a fever on 13th week of pregnancy.took blood test and urine test.results as below, Widal test-Negative Urine test- Pus cell-15-20HPF EP cell-10-20 HpF CBC- PDW 15 fl Differential count Neutrophils 80% Lymphocytes 14% My baby will be safe or not.. worried

You didn't mention your total leucocytes count. Most probably your wife had a UTI. If she is still having fever please consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo . Please also get urine culture done.

She has urinary infection. She needs to take antibiotics for that. Drink 2-3 litres of water per day. It doesn’t harm the baby.

It's a case of urinary  tract infection. Get urine culture  done. Take paracetamol  500 mg tab for fever.
