Fever of 102 dgree farenheit for 4 year
My 4 year old kid was having temperature of 102 degree Fahrenheit... she weighs 18.6 kg ..As per doctors advice, we have been giving her Synarest 5ml 8th hourly....but fever is not coming down.... what to give her to bring her temperature down??
