Fever not coming down

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My daughter had taken immunization yesterday at 9.00am (14 weeks) yesterday from 5 pm fever is coming and going it is happeing still now and she is crying when fever comes please help me out with some medicines though near by my residence there is no hospital. it is a humble request
