Ideally,consult the nearest paediatrician.If not possible,give syp ondem 6ml 30 min before every meal,syp Cronin-ds 4ml every 4hrs if needed. NO ors to b given unless loose motions occur. At the earliest,consult your paediatrician,all the best.
