My daughter 5.5yr old has cold and cough fever since 2 days her hands legs are cool don't feel like fever when we check in thermameter in mouth it shows 99.5 and arm shows 99.6 does she has fever or not

Yes she does have a fever. In some fevers, the hands and feet become cold. We should follow the thermometer readings because they reflect the core (inside temperature) which is more important. Oral (Mouth ) temperature is more accurate and usually higher than armpit temperature. Fever is not dangerous to the child unless it crosses 102 or 104. So no need to worry about this much fever. Do lukewarm water sponging of the body. Give medicine above 100F in armpit or higher
