Fever low grade sice 3 month and hb down

Asked for Female, 8 Years

Hi sir my baby 8 years old is suffering for fever last 3 month ones a day generally at night it is 100 to102. Presently she is good health but hb level is 7.00 . She treat by medicin methradoxine, hcqs and nefro. So please tell me ur opinion what should we done? Please sir get ur best opinion i am thankfully to u.
