Fever last since 10 days
My baby girl is suffering from fever since last 10 days.Doctor said it is viral and pescribed accordingly .The fever goes off after taking medicine and come back after 5/6 hours.During fever if medicine given she vomits.She also not taking any food and feeling very weak

Fever beyond 5 days nerds evaluation by blood tests to rule out typhoid,though commonest cause of prolonged fever is viral infection.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,keep giving paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
