Fever in two year old baby

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Dear sir/mam, My two year old boy having 102 fever from yesterday night. Today morning went to pediatrician and he prescribed Azithral syrup once in morning, Ascoril LS syrup thrice a day, P250 syrup for every six hours, Monticope syrup once at evening. We are giving as per doctor but after giving P250, fever coming again after three hours. P250 working only for three hours. Please help us out.

Ok if it's been prescribed ...you please continue ...wait for another 24hr ...might b just viral infection if otherwise child is active.do basic investigation..if he has persistence of high grade fever.
