Fever in 8th month of pregnancy

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My wife is suffering from fever for last two days. She is also suffering from sore throat. Doctor has prescribed dolo 650 for her. After taking dolo fever is coming down to 98 and then again it starts rising again to 100. Then after taking dolo it is coming down to 98. She is also doing garara three times a day. Kindly guide what to do???
