  4. Fever from yesterday night. The temp!

Fever from yesterday night
Hello Doc, My child got fever yesterday night around 2.30am..gave him paracetomol i m giving him 3.5ml of p 250 his age is 4years 5 months what is the appropriate dosage I can give him He is active and eating asusal but temperature is fluctuating 99 to 100 .. Pls suggest some home remedies to reduce the temp Thanks in advance
