Fever from yesterday

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am in the 13 th week of pregnancy and carrying twins. I got cervical stitch on Saturday and since then I am experiencing gastritis.. From yesterday afternoon I am experiencing fever, and some sort of poking in hands and legs. Although fever came down in the evening, I am again experiencing temperature rise.. I Consulted my doctor she has prescribed PAN D & Dolo 650. I have taken 5 since yesterday afternoon after meals. How long should i continue the medication or should I meet my doctor. As the clinic is 20km far and it's covid I fear travelling at this point. Kindly give me suggestions
