Fever from last 4months & normal report

Asked for Female, 53 Years

Dear Sir, My mom is having fever from last 4 months and her reports are perfectly normal. We Did all the blood test also we did PET Scan and Bone marrow biopsy as well. But all reports are normal. Your suggestion are welcome please guide me
