My daughter is of 2.9yrs and 18kg of weight. She is down with fever from afternoon. Given 3times 5ml of 120mg paracetamol syrup. (6pm - 9pm --12:30am)
Is this ok to give in this short durations. Checked with thermometer and felt the fever was going to touch 102 at midnight so gave her one dose at 12:30am.
Is it ok to give the syrup while she is having milk -- I have given this at 9PM.
How much mefthol should I be giving if the fever is crossing 102?
Any more suggestions to help with quick drop of the fever
Please help me with my queries.
Regards
Srikanth
