Asked for Male, 5 Years

Hello Doctor My son is suffering from fever from nearly 6 days- fever is 103, drops to 85 with Meftal, but shoots up again accompanied with cold cough and pain in mouth (near a molar teeth) I have got him checked at couple of clinics and was suggested to admit him to hospital, I want to have another Opinion Please help

Hi... Fever for 6 days needs to be seen in person and also needs blood and urine tests, if needed X-ray also to find out where infection is and if needed antibiotics...
