My son is 10 months old suffering from fever since 20 days. Ism giving paracetamol syrup.

If fever is intermittent and not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. But if continuous,consult your paediatrician asap.
