Sir, Please message the weight of your child.
Don't use fever medication without proper dose or recording temperature through thermometer
For cold ,
you can give him steam inhalation twice a day for 3 days
Nasoclear drops 1 drop each nostril in case of nose block 3-4 times a day
Tminic drops 0.5 ml twice a day for 2 days
