My son is 1 year 9 months old. Today morning he got injury in lipps and bleeding was there. Now bleeding not there but he got fever 99.9. Cold cough not there. What needs to do? Urine routine test needs to be done?

You can give paracetamol for fever, every 6 hours of required.
As for the injury kindly consult with your pediatrician
