My baby is 1.3 year weight 8.2 kgs having 101 fever can I use paricip drops for her? If yes how much should I use for her age? Recommend some home tips to reduce her heatness of body? Wat type of fud shud I give her during the fever?

Paracetamol drops 1.2 ml sos if fever is there. Cold tepid sponging will work to reduce fever. Light cotton cloths. When ventilated room. All these may help to reduce fever. Continue with normal daily foods and try to increase more liquids.
