  4. Fever cough and cold. My son instead?

My 7 year-old son has g6pd and has fever for the past 2 days. I've given him paracetamol for fever and sodium ascorbate for cold. I've come across the internet the these medicine and supplement have to be avoided. What should I give my son instead?
