  4. Fever cough and cold. Can be the reason?

Fever cough and cold
My 2 years old baby has fever again nd again from last 1 and half month , we consult 3 doctor they all said it is infection baby has dust allergy he just begin to go to school in play group and we are recently shifted to Hyderabad from Delhi may it is is because weather but it is 5th time he has fever cough very badly and cold also doctor did not suggest any test yet , please suggest me what can be the reason
