Fever cold cough
My 3.5 year son . in winter season got sick.after a lot of care .He Got sick in light cold. It starts every time 1St day cough mild and next day it beccomes severe.he can't sleep in night. After that fever start around 102degree। Fever। After taking antibiotics injection and cough syrup he recover he produce much mucus. cracking sound during giving cough syrup .It continues cycally in wiinter after 1 months or1.5 months That's why I gave him bath once in ten days In night I apply oil on his body. I noticed। While I gave him bath after that Fever or cough start. He is thin than another child and weight is average. Pls help me Give me some advice how to treat for this How many tests need. To clarify Is it Pneumonia Bronchitis Bronchiolitis Asthma Rhintis I want to know full advice .I want to keep better my child Plz help I will consult with yours

It is sinusitis and happens in cold weather. Do give daily bath, can get it done in afternoon.
