Hi baby boy 21 months having fever 102 ...giving fever syrup temp is coming normal ..again it's becoming more ....we moved from india to dubai 1 week back...2 days back he had a fall and got lil hurt on his nose but no pain just a small crack is seen ...but he is active...

Regarding fever, if the child is well in between fever episodes and active , taking food, voiding urine adequately 6 to 8 times per day , you can continue fever syrup 6 th hourly in the prescribed dose for 2 days See to that child take plenty of fluids For the injury, if there is nose bleed, nose block, persistent pain, vomiting or any other symptoms it is wise to consult a doctor
