Fever at night times

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Dear Sir/Madam, i have been suffering from fever from last one week i was taken paracetamol tablets and get cured for two days after that getting fever in night times and also my body is shivering but soles of the feet is cold taken maleria test and don't have maleria can you please suggest which test i should take to know my health condition ?
