Fever at night time
Hi, My 4.4 yrs (weight 17 kg) old son has fever from 6th evening (102 F). Morning time fever is low (100F) and he is active, playing , eating, drinking water and urinating properly. But after 5 pm his fever is getting high and he want to sleep. No cold and cough. And not having any pain while passing urine. He is active once fever is low. I gave p250( 5ml) when fever is high. We recently (5 days back) move to Bangalore from Hyderabad. In shifting process he had outside food and exposed to little dust. Please suggest me if I have to take him to doctor or can give any other medication and monitor him at home ?
