My 8.5 month old baby has fever 100.6 since yesterday And also he has committed 3 times. It was not sticky. his weight is 7.2 kgs. What has happened to him? Please suggest treatment

Syp emeset 2 ml thrice a day for 3 days Calpol drops 1 .2 ml 6 hourly for 2 days
