Fever and vomitting
Hello sir. . My son 2yr old weight 11kgs. Had severe fever last night. 103.5 degree. . He had v bad vomitting three - four times . . He was shivering alot the whole night. I gave him syrup p250 and he is okay from morning . . Shud I continue with tht.. if antibiotics is needed what shud I put. . Pls suggest

Hi,
Give paracetamol 6 hrly if fever
Give Syr Emeset for vomiting.
Give plenty of liquids/ water frequently
Next Steps
Antibiotics not required now, wait for 2-3 days if child is active/ fever reduces with medications.
