Fever and loose motion 11month baby

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Hi. My 11month old son has fever of around 100-101 from past 2days. Today he did loose motions 6times. Last week he had few bacteria detected in his urine so antibiotic zifi was given for a week. Today again I got his urine tested bacteria came negative but Pus cells are 2-4. What should be done.?

Dear parents, Your child is suffering from Pyrexia, give him following treatment. Syp Azithromycin 100mg half teaspoon ful once a day for 5days Syrup zenflox oz half teaspoon ful twice a day. Syp xtpara half teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. 2-4 pus cell are normal
