Fever and loads of mucus production
My mother had cough and cold and from last 3 days she is experiencing fever and ear pain because of coughing really hard .. there is alot of mucus when she coughs and these are the xray reports

Productive cough,fever ..might be due to infection and at this age don’t use OTC medication and my advice is to consult a doctor and once recovered do ask about vaccinations and what and when to take also
