Fever and little swelling in left leg kn
My baby is 9 months old. On 26th March she had swelling on her left leg knee.evening she had fever upto 100 f but today we found dat the temp got rises to 102.2 f. We give her crocin drops. We had removed x-ray of her leg and found all normal but swelling appears till now kindly advice on d same. Can we give her meftal p syrup and how much?

U should look for That with x ray and
If not then MRI
Just keep in mind that also
For now
Keep giving medicine for fever
