Fever And irritation in mouth... Crying

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Baby girl is 4 month. She had fever since last night. doctor advised Pcm drops.after it relieve in fever.her head got warm comparative to other body but after giving pcm ,she fines.she also has irritation in her mouth(मसुङो में ). Sbl t21 for that. kindly suggest what to do for her betterment.
