I have been suffering with headache and low fever since day before yesterday I tried tablets it is not cleared so what should I do now

Hello..... There are so many conditions associated with fever... Viral fever is commonly present with fever and headache... It subsides on its own but if it's bacterial infection you must take antibiotics ....don't take oily ,cold food items for few days .. See if it subside on its own if not consult general physician
