Seems like she has infective diarrhoea, mostly this is due to a virus. The diarrhoea does last for a few days. The fever may also last for a couple of days but its intensity should be decreasing. If the baby is otherwise active, passing urine, taking orally you should continue to hydrate and monitor and it should improve in 3-4 days.
Next Steps
In case of large quantities of vomit/diarrhoea, any blood in either, continuous fever more than 101 get her examined by her paediatrician. Continue to give her Oral Rehydration Solution to keep her hydrated.
Health Tips
She should be on medication for vomiting and some probiotics as well. Also her weight for 10 months if 6 kg seems on the lower side. Please get these clarified through a paediatrician consultation.
