Asked for Male, 1 Years

My baby age 10 months old,his wait 8 kg,now he is suffering running nussy nose,with fever and cough,, we r see baby temprachure 102 digri,coming fever ,and fever stay continue 6 days,today urine pus cell test report 3-6 h.p.f and c.r.p test results positive reaction seen in 1:8 dulition and c.r.p concentraction is 4.8 m.g /DL ,now what i am do??

If the baby is feeding normally and active,just give steam inhalations 3-4 times a day,use paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if required. Urine test is normal. CRP indicates inflammation,in this case due to infection,probably viral,should start down in 3-7 days. If it doesn't,or baby is dull and not eating,consult your paediatrician urgently.
