Yesterday onwards my son suffering from fever,we have given homeopathy medicine its not coming down. now when i checked its showing 100. can you please help

Give paracetamol for now. If the need be you can repeat the medicine every 6 hours. You can also sponge him to help bring the temperature down faster. Also make him drink plenty of fluids
