Fever and cold with running nose
Hi,
My daughter of age 2.1yrs is suffering from cold and fever from past 24hrs. We are giving Meftel-p 5ml after meals. Fever reduces and is again seen after 5-6 hours. I also have sinarest syrup. I wanted to know whether Meftal works for cold and wanna know which medicine is best among these two for both cold and fever!

Sinarest contains Paracetamol also. Give Sinarest AF instead of Sinarest . U will be giving two medicines for fever if u use Sinarest and Meftal P . Give medicine for fever only after measuring temperature with a thermometer. If the fever persists for more than 48 to 72 hrs please get ur child examined by a Pediatrician and follow his/ her advice.

Only paracetamol 15mg per kg weight. Calculate and must know the strength 125mg per 5ml or 250mg per 5ml. Alwaye choose lesser strength. And use Indian kadda which is the best.

Hello, meftal -p given for fever. Sinarest given for cold. Both r required for ur child.
