Fever and cold
My baby is 6 months old from yesterday she get fever yesterday 99.3 and today afternoon 99.5 at evening 99.9 and now 100.4 degree and she had sme cold and cough too i give paracetamol her but not decreasing its increasing and urination is Normal some time not taking feed irritating sleeping is not more and not less plz advice me

Might be some viral infection ... as fever is below 100 mostly and baby is active just continue paracetamol drops as and when there is fever ... u can give it 6 hourly .. child can be irritated due to noseblock ... plz install nasoclear drops in nose to clear it .. it ll take around 5-7 days for common cold to recover ...
