  4. Fever and cold. What should i do now.

My baby is 5 month old(6.54kg).she have fever(100.5•f).she is constantly criying all the time and also not taking feed not even a single drop of milk from yesterday evening .she is not even talking formula also .what should i do now.she is crying sooooo much .she is not stoping for even a single minute

Dear parents,           Do sponging with normal water, give paracetamol syp. Consult on practo app.
