I have been fever and body ache from last 3 days and in night fever gets increased upto 101 and pain too

Hi, Fever and bodyache for 3 days could be due to viral infection. You should get few investigations done. Complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen test and malaria antigen test. Take plenty of oral fluids, Tab Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Cap. Pantocid DSR 1 cap before breakfast, Cap. Becosule once daily. Hope you get well soon. Best wishes
