Fever & pain after vaccination
Hi my son is 19 months old and got vaccines today. He has got fever and lot of pain in thigh. Can I give Meftal P suspension for fever and pain he got after vaccination or should I go for paracetamol tablet? Please also suggest the dosage I can give to my baby...thanks in advance.

Either one will do. Pain should last a day, so you could give paracetamol 6th hourly or medial 8th hourly for 2 days
